Claudeへの導入
KUMIHANをClaude CodeやClaudeチャットで使うための手順です。
v0.2.0について ご自身の環境で導入を試していただくための版です。各ツールでの動作はまだ十分に確認できていないため、うまく動かない場合があります。
1. 導入方法を選ぶ

Claude CodeとClaudeチャットは、導入方法が異なります。
A. Claude Code：GitHubから導入する

ターミナルで、KUMIHANの配布元を登録します。
claude plugin marketplace add "https://github.com/landco-llc/kumihan.git#main" -
Claude Codeの会話の中で、次を入力します。
/plugin install kumihan@kumihan-marketplace -
内容を確認し、使う範囲（自分だけ・このプロジェクトだけ など）を選んでインストールします。
導入できると、次のコマンドが使えるようになります。
/kumihan:kumihan/kumihan:kumihan-web/kumihan:kumihan-documents/kumihan:kumihan-review

B. Claude Code：ZIPから導入する
- Claude Code用プラグインのZIP をダウンロードします。
- ZIPを展開すると、
kumihanフォルダーができます。 -
そのフォルダーを指定して、Claude Codeを起動します。
claude --plugin-dir "/absolute/path/kumihan"
ご注意
- フォルダーの中身は、そのまま使ってください。ファイルを削ったり、別のファイルを混ぜたりしないでください。
- この方法では自動で更新されません。新しい版が出たら、ZIPを入れ替えてください。
C. Claudeチャット：スキルをアップロードする
claude.aiやClaudeアプリで使う方法です。
- 使いたいスキルのZIPをダウンロードします。
- kumihan — 最初の入口
- kumihan-web — Webページ
- kumihan-documents — 報告書・スライド
- kumihan-review — レビュー
- Claudeの Customize → Skills を開き、追加ボタンから Upload a skill を選びます。
- ZIPを1つずつアップロードし、スキルを有効にします。
ご注意
- Claude Code用プラグインのZIPは、ここでは使えません。スキルのZIPを使ってください。
- ZIPのファイル名は変えずにアップロードしてください。
- スキルを使うには、設定で「コード実行」が有効になっている必要があります。詳しくは Claudeの公式案内 をご覧ください。
- 組織のアカウントでは、管理者の設定によって使えない場合があります。
- アップロードしたスキルは自動では更新されません。新しい版が出たら、もう一度アップロードしてください。
2. 使ってみる
最初は、ファイルを変更しない依頼で試すのがおすすめです。
日本語のWebページをつくる予定です。気をつけるポイントを教えてください。ファイルは変更しないでください。
ファイルが正しいか確認する（任意）
ダウンロードしたファイルが壊れていないかを確認したい場合は、SHA256SUMS.txt を使います。
ダウンロードページと同じフォルダー構成（plugins/ と skills/）でファイルを置き、ターミナルで次のコマンドを実行します。shasum がない環境では、Windows PowerShellの Get-FileHash などでSHA-256を照合してください。
cd "downloads Claude"
shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS.txt
すべての行に OK と表示されれば問題ありません。

Install for Claude
This guide explains how to use KUMIHAN with Claude Code and Claude chat.
About v0.2.0 This version is for trying KUMIHAN in your own environment. Behavior in each tool has not yet been fully verified, so some steps may not work as expected.

A. Claude Code: install from GitHub

In your terminal, add the KUMIHAN marketplace.
claude plugin marketplace add "https://github.com/landco-llc/kumihan.git#main" -
In a Claude Code conversation, enter:
/plugin install kumihan@kumihan-marketplace -
Review the details, choose a scope (just you, this project, and so on), and install.
Once installed, these commands become available:
/kumihan:kumihan/kumihan:kumihan-web/kumihan:kumihan-documents/kumihan:kumihan-review

B. Claude Code: install from a ZIP
- Download the Claude Code plugin ZIP.
- Extract it to get a
kumihanfolder. -
Start Claude Code with that folder:
claude --plugin-dir "/absolute/path/kumihan"
Notes
- Use the folder as is. Don’t remove files or add other files to it.
- This method does not update automatically. When a new version is released, replace the folder with the new ZIP.
C. Claude chat: upload skills
Use this method for claude.ai and the Claude apps.
- Download the skill ZIPs you want to use.
- kumihan — starting point
- kumihan-web — web pages
- kumihan-documents — reports and slides
- kumihan-review — review
- In Claude, open Customize → Skills, then choose Upload a skill from the add button.
- Upload the ZIPs one at a time and enable each skill.
Notes
- The Claude Code plugin ZIP does not work here. Use the individual skill ZIPs.
- Upload the ZIPs without renaming them.
- Skills require code execution to be turned on in your settings. See Claude’s guide.
- On organization accounts, availability may depend on your admin’s settings.
- Uploaded skills do not update automatically. When a new version is released, upload it again.
2. Try it out
We recommend starting with a request that doesn’t change any files:
I’m planning a Japanese web page. What should I keep in mind? Please don’t change any files.
Verify your downloads (optional)
To check that your downloads are intact, use SHA256SUMS.txt.
Keep the same folder layout as the downloads page (plugins/ and skills/), then run this in a terminal. If shasum is unavailable, use an equivalent SHA-256 command such as PowerShell Get-FileHash on Windows:
cd "downloads Claude"
shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS.txt
If every line shows OK, the files are intact.
